Life at Swyft: Chai, Chaos, and Creativity in Ahmedabad

shares

Swyft Media It’s a mix of chaos and focus. We argue about fonts, we drink too much coffee, and the deadlines are tight—but that magic moment when a client says, 'Everyone is talking about us,' is the high we chase.

Prashant Gupta

I want talk a little bit about us. The people behind the screens.

We’re a digital marketing and creative agency based in Ahmedabad, on the 7th floor of Iscon Elegance S.G Highway Prahlad Nagar. If you know the city, you know the vibe. It’s industrious, it’s loud, and the food is amazing.

There’s a specific energy in Gujarat. People here are entrepreneurs by blood. You can’t walk down the street without meeting someone who has a “side hustle” or a big business idea. That energy feeds into Swyft Media.

The Team Dynamics

Our founder, Prashant Gupta, set the tone early on. He’s a media strategy guy, and he actually won the “Best Web Story” award from the Chief Minister last year. That was a proud moment for the whole team. It validated that we aren’t just messing around; we’re making an impact.

But day-to-day? It’s a mix of chaos and focus.

You’ve got Vanshikha, our Creative Head, staring at a monitor trying to find the exact shade of blue that implies “trust” but not “boredom.” You’ve got Manas, our Performance Marketing manager, yelling (nicely) about Cost-Per-Click rates. You’ve got the social media team—Tanay and Devanshi—scrolling through trends to see what audio is viral this week.

It’s loud. We drink too much coffee. We argue about fonts, designs and other things. But we love it.

Growing Pains

We’ve grown a lot recently. Expanding into Gandhidham and taking on clients in Uttar Pradesh has stretched us. We’ve had to hire more people, buy more computers, and learn how to manage projects across different time zones (even if it’s just a domestic time difference of “working hours”).

But we’ve tried really hard to keep the culture grounded. We don’t want to become one of those stiff corporate agencies where you have to fill out a form to talk to the boss.

Why we do it

There are easier ways to make money than running a creative agency. The deadlines are tight, clients can be demanding, and the technology changes every six months.

But there is a magic moment that happens in this business. It’s when a client calls you and says, “We just had our best sales month ever,” or “That video you made? Everyone is talking about it.”

That’s the high we chase.

So, if you’re ever near S.G. Highway, come say hi. We can’t promise we won’t be stressed about a deadline, but we can promise a good cup of tea and a conversation about how to take your brand to the next level.
